My customer have a problem with AM335x USB2.0 compliance test.
They are testing eye pattern test with Fullspeed USB and it fails the test.
From their captured eye diagram, it seem that D+/D- signal have jitter.
We guessed that the jitter maybe come from some noise on power rail
So, they checked the VDDA1P8V_USB0 power line and other power lines, but it seem there are no noise on it.
Then they check the PCB layout, but it seem there are no problem.
We need to lower the USB D+/D- jitter to pass the eye pattern test.
What should we check next? Please give us an advise.
