where can I find the list of packages I want to upload?

there is arago-core-tisdk-image in processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Processor_SDK_Building_The_SDK

If I load this package, do I need another piece of package

There is no arago-core-tisdk-image, this is a build target you have to execute this command to rebuild complete SDK.

I get this error when I run the program

error while loading shared libraries: libQt5Core.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

How can I solve this error ?

You are using SDK 8 with Qt 4. Please download SDK 8 from here and compile your qt hello world application using it as described in this Hands on with Qt tutorial.
