AM3352: USB CPPI DMA documentation

I'm working with USB on AM3352 and I need some more detailed information about USB CPPI DMA. I have spruh73p.pdf and I need clarification for two following things:

1. Detailed structure of information stored in Linking RAM, section 16.2.9.4. There is information, that each descriptor needs minimum of 4 bytes. Could you give me detailed information what is stored there?
2. Where are Transmit DMA State Registers, section 16.2.9.7.1? There should be thirty TX DMA State registers somewhere, but I didn't find where they are.
