    Please do not forget to execute this step also on your host machine: $ sudo apt-get install git build-essential python diffstat texinfo gawk chrpath dos2unix wget unzip socat doxygen libc6:i386 libncurses5:i386 libstdc++6:i386 libz1:i386

    You could try MACHINE=<...> bitbake python3-dev

    on your side.

    I was able to reproduce the problem by using this command:
    MACHINE=am57xx-evm bitbake camera-calibration-parsers

    Please you could try to add this line:
    INSANE_SKIP_${PN} += "dev-deps"
    in camera-calibration-parsers_1.11.13.bb under tisdk4.3/sources/meta-ros/recipes-ros/image-common
    I can built it on my side with this change.
