We had planned to use the TAS2563 GPIO pin D6 as an input to trigger to the internal tone generator, however, at this point it looks like we will not be using the tone generator.
- Does the GPIO pin potentially have other functions? For example, to signal a fault condition or other issues that can be resolved by reinitialization?
- If the GPIO pin is not used is it OK to leave it unconnected?
