AC'97 and HD Audio Codec for PCs

Hi,

I am working on Intel based Embedded PC boards and looking for AC'97/HD Audio Codecs. This product line is widely dominated by Realtek.

Does TI have any compatible product line ?

Hi Rajashekar -

We have a couple AC '97 Rev 2.1 compliant codecs - take a look at the LM4550B and LM4546B. Most of our parts support I2S - if you can give us an idea of what you are looking to do, we might have a solution for you.
