Part Number: TLV320DAC3203

Hi team,

Customer want to use TLV320DAC3202 in their project, and they get two questions about the application:

1. For the I2S interface, could they only WCLK, BCLK, DIN? Leave MCLK unused. Does this supported? 

2. If they only use earphone amplifier, no microphone, could they only connect the DIN and leave DOUT NC?

    Hi Will,

    Let me comment on your questions below:

    • Yes, this is supported. However please make sure BCLK (most likely used for internal clock tree) has a frequency such that it all PLL requirements are met.
    • Yes, leaving DOUT floating if not used is OK.
