Hi everybody!

Its the following problem I have: I tried to install the purepath console 3 software, but there are some problems regarding to the connection with the server. When I try to sign in, the following window pulls out. I already tried it with different PCs, but its the same problem everywhere. I also need request to the EVM App for TAS5825MEVM-SB. I have already read this limk below, but it did not work.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue. For the EVM app access, have you already put in a request for the TAS5825MEVM-SB through the following link: Request now?

Yes I did already. I can install the software, but conection to the server does not work.

Hello Daniel,

The software team just pushed an update to PPC3. Here are some instructions on how to update to the latest version:

To update the platform to the latest version (v3.2.1), you can try sign-in in the current PPC3 platform (v3.2.0) and follow the installation steps as below,

If you’re able to sign-in successfully, then follow Procedure 1 from the shared installation guide.
If you’re getting the ‘Access Denied’ error, close the sign-in popup and keep the platform open for 10-15 mins, then try signing in again
1. If you’re able to sign-in successfully this time, then follow Procedure 1 from the shared installation guide.
2. If you’re still getting the ‘Access Denied’ error, then follow Procedure 2 from the shared installation guide.
