Can you provide a measurement or oscilloscope capture of the noise you are seeing? 

There is a chance this is due to a clocking configuration problem. You can use the Audio CODEC/ADC PLL Calculator to double check your configuration. For this, what is your PLL CLKIN frequency?

You can see a capture of noise with some speech. For this we used MICPGA of 0x2F.

My PLL CLKIN seems to be 8MHz, it is the frequency I have on pin BCLK.

Even when no mic is connected there is some noise in the headphone.

Do you have any idea on how to remove it ?

When you say MICPGA is 0x2F, which MICPGA do you mean? Terminal Input Routing Configuration or Volume Control?

With you BCLK frequency of 8MHz and your PLL configuration. It seems that the PLL output is around 1GHz and the miniDSP CLK is 540MHz. This is beyond the max PLL frequency supported by the device. You can find this information in the applications reference guide (Tables 2-25 and 2-26). 

You should consider changing the PLL to improve the issue.

I decided to change the bclk frequency to 512khz so I also changed P R and J register values but my problem seems to remain the same
