There is not. The TAS5805M provides the SDOUT connection that can be used along with the I2S signals/clocks with your interface with your SoC or DSP than would handle the AEC. However AEC is typically handled in the SoC/DSP. As far as additional information and an example system diagram

• SDOUT is an audio data stream identical to the one coming out of the internal DSP
• Provides the main system processor an accurate processed audio data stream to enhance echo cancellation
• This allows optimization of size & system cost or it opens the ADC channel for another signal
