I see a few similar threads started but no conclusion to solve the same issues I am seeing.
My setup is verbatim to the EVMs guides:
For starters, I get the "different version of EVM" that in another thread the solution was to ignore it.
Then in the Hardware check, I get the following errors:

The bottom 3 errors are all intermittent. meaning, If I run the HW check, each time I can get a mixture of the bottom 3 yielding errors. Above are two examples when tested sequentially.
I have restarted, rebooted, power cycled etc.. the EVM and the PC. I have uninstalled the USB driver, re-installed it.
The soundcard settings are set as default devices, volumes levels to 100 and with the following values:
I am able to get audio out of the amplifier ii I go to the "Audio Processing page" suggesting the audio out path is functional.
Ignoring the setup errors and continuing with the VI measurement fails, I guess no surprises.
