Hi Danilo,
It is known that you can retry logging in after 15 minutes if getting this message, there is a fix the team is working on, let me double check on the status and come back with further details.

Hi Danilo,
It would be also worth checking if customer has any chance to try outside of their corporate network, at least during plugin installation. Perhaps firewall and other features could prevent a correct communication with TI servers.

Hi Ivan,
Our customer previously mentioned that,
"This PC is directly connected by a hard cable to the ATT fiber gateway, and therefore cannot see this being a proxy issue."
Do we have other solutions to this issue?
Regards,
Danilo
Hi Danilo,
I understand, thanks for the notice.
I was trying this on my side but didn't got problems to download PPC3 or the plugins, I'll try on different PCs and networks next.
By the way, I know this kind of questions may get annoying for customer, but can we verify they've downloaded the latest PPC3 version from TI server? They can share the "About" dialog from PPC3. I'm letting IT team know that at least one customer is still having trouble logging in.

Hi Ivan,
Pegro Gelabert had previously replied with two emails to my colleague. It seems like the customer were given access to PPC3 thru his mysecure folder. Is my understanding correct?
First email:
Customer has access to PPC3. Added access to ADCx140 since I do not see PCMDx140 on secure software list.
Second email:
User has already access to PPC3. No know issues with PPC3. We had reports of customers not able to login due to proxies at their company.

Danilo
Hi Danilo,
Thanks for the details, I think I recall this, although these devices use to belong to a different team.
Let me work on it and provide further comments early next week.
