    Hi Jeff,

    I will message you my email shortly after the reply - as the full schematic + layout will be necessary to do a full review on the board.

    Please ensure that the audio jack connections are also shown in the schematic so I can verify those connections on the jack side as well as the IC. 

    I don't see any major concern so far - but I do have a couple notes:

    1. R413 is unnecessary and I'd recommend a direct connection to the CODEC ground (which could be the same as system ground depending on system) 

    2. We recommend 2 supply decoupling capacitors - one 1uF and one 0.1uF, so I'd suggest adding a 0.1uF cap to the power supply in addition to the 1uF already there.
