Hi

  I have a question about TS3A227E detection way, if TS3A227E need the transition from high to low. in case phone is attached already and keep LOW always, no high to low, will TS3A227E work?

    Hey Alan,

    This should be fine. There is a pullup to VDD to the detection trigger pin on the TS3A227E see below


    along with the R5 resistor with some pin and trace capacitance, shown below



    So there should be some small time when the pin would go high then low when VDD turns on, allowing for the trigger to be detected. The device will evaluate the connection after the power up.
