Hi all,

I'm getting stuck on the stereo 2.2 option it won't finish loading for ages. Have you guys seen this issue before?

Hi Andy

Does this problem happens only to stereo 2.2 mode or it happens to all modes? We seldom see this on our EVM, only sometimes there's damage on EVM or the USB connection is bad. Can you change a EVM or a USB wire and try again?

It happens on smartamp look ahead 96K and it was fine when i changed to bass pro 48K

Hi Andy

It is not a common situation. Firstly, check the PPC3 version, the latest should be v3.2.1. Re-install it, if it is convenient. If the problem still exist, try it on another computer, or maybe you need to change the Mother board.
