Hello - I'm looking for a speaker amplifier with fine volume support, as low as 0.125dB steps or lower. The TAS5717 would be perfect but my application requires an analog audio input, as I am generating my own sine waves from a DAC. Additionally, the power output is quite large, and I only need to drive a very small speaker.
I tried to search for something similar but it's not possible to sort by decibel step size. Please suggest any speaker amplifier with low power (<10W), mono output, digital control, and analog audio input, with a priority on the last two.
Thank you!
Hello Marko,
Let me refer you to the low-power audio team to support your low-power mono request.
Best regards,
Luis
Hi Marko,
Most of the amplifiers or DACs have gain control of 0.5dB or 1dB steps, I think some CODECs have fine gain control as 0.1dB as part of internal miniDSP like TLV320AIC3263, but from your description you may need to update your design.
