Hi team,
Do we have 96KHz sampling rate frequency response information for ADC5140? Our datasheet only show 48KHz sampling rate data

Hello,
I am checking on this and will be back with you within 48 hours.

Were you looking more so for THD+N vs frequency or for amplitude vs frequency?
For THD+N it would be roughly same and for amplitude that is more so determined by the 20kHz low-pass filter than the sampling frequency.
Thanks Carson,
customer performed the audio precision captured with 48KHz and 96KHz sampling freq and see some differences.
What are the parameters that need to tune? (1st order IIR filter?) to move the -3dB cutoff frequency from ~ 25H to 12Hz?

Hi,
I will take a deeper look into datasheet and respond back soon.

Hi Again,
Please refer to page.33 of datasheet to see how to set HPF to programmable coefficient value.
In the case to make it 12Hz for 96kHz sample rate you can set N0 to equal 268435 which is 00041893 in Hex I believe.

Hi Carson,
How to change the default sampling frequency of 48KHz in our EVM to 96KHz? could it be done with PPC3 and the 5140 library?

Hello SKLoo,
Do you mean default as when the device is reset it automatically goes back to 96kHz sample rate?

Carson
