PCM1864: Max sampling frequency

Hello Connor,

It could be possible given you are using external clock source and not PLL and set LRCK and BCK ratio appropriately as well as disable the clock error detection, but it would be operating out of spec and cannot attest to the performance the datasheet guarantees if you choose to do that to get a higher sampling rate.
