The customer's name is Xunfu Yin and the GPN is PCM5121. The case number is CS0693158.

Their access was granted in Septmeber. I just refreshed their access for PurePath Studio. Please ask customer to check their mySecureResources page again while logged into their myTI account. If they are still having issues, please direct them to the Customer Support center.
