PCM1821: Are single-ended inputs supported?

I would like to use the PCM1821 with RCA single-ended inputs, but it is not obvious from the datasheet if it will work with IN1M and IN2M connected to capacitors to AGND. Will the 2Vrms input range be achievable with a single-ended input?

Please do not suggest using a different part unless stock is available or the lead-time is reasonable. I require a 192kHz Stereo ADC with good performance.

I found a post asking the same question about the PCM1820 and I assume the "no" answer is the same.

Does the PCM1821 only support balanced inputs or can 2 arbitrary inputs be applied to INxP and INxM?

Would there be any problem with using op-amps to invert the INxP signals to INxM?

Global stock is <1k. Is the 6 week lead-time real? I am very hesitant about designing in any components for which I cannot spot buy the first 6+ months of production. I have some TI parts which were ordered at the beginning of the year with a 6 month lead-time which the disti is now projecting late NEXT year.

7k for March production and about 1k/month after that. The 1861 has been designed into many products and there appears to be significant competition for the limited parts.

Is there any reason the 1821 will not work if the 2Vrms single ended input is converted to a balanced pair of 1Vrms signals?

The PCM1821 could work in that scenario though there may be alternative if you look at our full array of audio ADCs
