PCM9211 having Non Pcm detection feature, may I know if input below format, the Non-PCM detection will activate and output flag to the PCM9211 interrupt port?

Yes if you set above register to detect than set either int0 or int1 mask and output registers to cause interrupt on error condition then it will. below are registers of int0 for guidance

As I have limited DTS/Dolby /others non pcm source to verify the function non pcm detection. May I know TI have verify all type of non pcm source that available in the market input to pcm9211 to check non pcm detection able to react accordingly or not?

Carson is currently out of the office until Friday and he can get back to you at that time. From my interpretation of the datasheet, the non-PCM detection is based solely on these two methods:
1. Channel Status Bit 1 is 1
2. A Burst Preamble (PA/PB) is found in the S/PDIF stream
