We have a number of products that use the TAS5755M Amplifier.
Currently we use the TAS5711 GDE to configure the register maps for the device.
However the TAS57X1 GDE isn't perfect, and has not had an update in almost 10 years! (Latest version is from 2012)
We are getting seriously concerned that a future MS Windows Update will stop it working.
I tried using the TAS5751M target in PurePath Console, with the TAS5755M-EVM and MC57XXPSIA interface card, but the PurePath Console app just goes completly unresponsive when I attached the USB cable.
I guess this is PPC's way of saying that h/w is not supported. I could not find a TAS5755M app for PPC.
The same h/w works fine with the GDE software, but like I say it is soooo old and might just stop working one day.
So is the old GDE from 2012 our only option for a graphical config app for TAS5755M ?
