TPA3123D2: there is a problem with the demo board output of tpa3123d2

Hi team

MPN;TPA3123dD2

 Detailed description: when Ti demo board is used for debugging, there are several problems:

1.24v power supply and 4 Ω load. When the output power reaches more than 20W, the output will have the same sound source as the input source (the connected cement resistance is not a speaker), and those below 20W are normal;

2. The same frequency sound as the input source will appear when no-load, and it will be found that the smaller the gain is, the smaller the sound will be; The question now is, do you know where the sound comes from?

Best Regards,
William

  • Hi William,

    The singing is from LC filter and shake between LC filter and PCB board.

    Once connected to actual speaker, the LC filter singing will be covered up by speaker. It does not affect actual application.

    Regards,
