TAS2505-Q1: Output Power Measurement

We are trying to measure the output speaker power.

We used 10uH in SPKP and 10uH in SPKM and 1uF capacitor between SPKP and SPKM in the speaker path. with this circuit speaker is not playing.

If we connect 10uH in SPKP and 10uH in SPKM and 1uF capacitor individually in SPKP and SPKM to ground instead of connecting 1uF capacitor between SPKP and SPKM. With this approach the speaker starts playing.

which approach is correct to measure the speaker power. Can you help me on this?

Hi Jeeveth,

The capacitor from LC filter should be individual for each output and going to GND, you should not place the capacitor in common mode for + and - outputs.
