TPA3138D2: About single end output use

Hi team,

I would like to use the TPA3138D2 as a single-ended output for procurability reasons, but how should I best handle the unused channels?
Specifically, how should I handle OUTNR (pin 20), OUTPR (pin 18), BSNR (pin 21), VSPR (pin 17), RINN (pin 11) and RINP (pin 12)?
