Regarding the realization over1000W x1ch output power with two TPA3255(PBTL), you say be OK.

But you don't make the reference design. Can you guarantee this solution?

    Kaz,

    TI is responsible for device output capability, but for your product system level there is other factors could limit the output power such as thermal. So TI is not responsible for customer product design, so can't provide any guarantee. What TI can guarantee is what we specified in datasheet.

    From an engineer aspect, you need to test it in bench and fully validation with full system.
