Evgenyi, I'm sorry, but we don't test or characterize the parts outside of the operating ranges in data sheets, so we can not be certain about this condition. We advise against use of our parts outside of the Absolute Maximum Ratings and Recommended Operating Conditions in the data sheets. There is some risk to reliability at temperatures outside those specified in the data sheets.
