Hi team,
Based on DS, section 12.7, shows 2 cases 3.3V of all supplies or separate, do you have any sequence requrement when start-up/shut-down?
Do you have any limitation for raising /falling time of AVDD/DVDD/IOVDD at those time?

The Datasheet does not mention any specific Rise and Fall times for the Power Supplies.
If you refer to the diagram above, a Level based operation is described. When IOVDD ,DVDD,AVDD all are above a certain DC Level then the IC Starts operation. For example for the 1.8v this level is 1.5v. Also for 3.3v we have a level of 3.0 v. Therefore when all supplies have reached 3v and 1.5v, the chip starts its operation.

On switchoff we should ensure that all Voltages have reached zero before attempting a second power up.
