TLV320ADC3101: Absolute phase accuracy from MIC input pin to I2S output

Hello,

Our customer had verified absolute phase accuracy between MIC input to I2S output.

Unfortunately it was out of phase, then we have confirmed effectiveness of a workaround by changing differential MIC input pin +/- polarity OR applying -1 coeff on a BQ stage to get In-phase I2S output.

Here is a question, do you have plan to apply silicon change to correct this phase manner on TLV320ADC3101 in near future? If so our customer will be waiting new silicon version without apply those workarounds.

Our customer wants to know one thing is that "Out of phase characteristics from MIC input to I2S output" is silicon design specification of TLV320ADC3101, is that correct ?

Actually on the datasheet no description of absolute phase. Should we just follow as it is of released silicon characteristics?
