LM4940TSBD: Shematic or user guide for the LM4940TSBD evalutation kit

Hi, 

Is there a user guide for the LM4940TSBD? I can't see one on the product page. (https://www.ti.com/tool/LM4940TSBD) 

I could be missing it, but the only documents I can see are the datasheet for the LM4940 IC and the declaration of conformity.

I have purchased the LM4940TSBD evalutation kit hoping the user guide or at least the schematic would come with it. 

There's not many components on the evalution kit so I could figure the schematic out fairly easily, but it would be nice to have the schematic and bill of materials so I can select the best parts for my design.

    I could not locate a schematic for this board, but I'm adding BOM below. PCB captures are already included in the data sheet.
