If 2 channels output 2 RL=4 ohm,50W Speakers, the difference trace OUTPR/OUTNR & OUTPL/OUTNL should be set 100ohm or 4 ohm?
And the OUTPR/OUTNR trace needs to support about 3.5A current?

There has no requirement for output trace impedance control.
For 50W output, the peak current is almost 5A. You should control the output trace width according to power and PCB thermal.
