TLV320ADC3101: Is the 6PADC3101TRGERQ1 a variant of TLV320ADC3101?

The question is in the title.

Due to the global chip shortage, I cannot source the TLV320ADC3101 part for a device, but I see that a very similar part, 6PADC3101TRGERQ1, is available and in stock. All datasheets seem to hint it's just a variant of the TLV320ADC3101, are there any differences? Should I be concerned to use the 6PADC3101TRGERQ1?

    Hi Veselin,

    The two parts are functionally equivalent. The only difference is that the 6PADC3101TRGERQ1 is a variant of the TLV320ADC3101 that is rated for automotive applications. There should be no problem with you using the 6PADC3101TRGERQ1 as a substitute.
