My customer would like to know PCM4202DBR thermal information, Tj(max) and thermal resistances like θja,θjc,θJb, ψjt, ψjb.

    Hi 

    I believe the Tj(max) is at least 105C. However this part is very old, and information that isn't in the datasheet is likely unavailable. Depending on their context they could find a newer substitute part that is more likely to contain thermal information.
