By software do you mean the GUI or driver? Either case, TAS2552 is not compatible with TAS2562. Both hardware and register settings are different for each part.
From the schematic, I would recommend to remove C11 as this could trigger overcurrent/short circuit protection.
You may use this GUI instead of TAS2562: https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/slac655 I think there may be some mistake on the link provided in the product folder, TAS2552 is not supported on PPC3.
Can you clarify where you find TAS2552H? I don't find any mention of this part number.
