    Hi

    Do you mean SD pin to power down device? if so, you can refer 6.3 part in datasheet.

    Or do you mean OV/UV protection? The OV shutdown threshold is 22V, the UV shutdown threshold is 6.5V.

    Dear ,

    I restart it When I turn off the power within 10 seconds , the speaker will make noise, I  but if I restart  it  after 10 s, it  will be normal. Attached is the schematic diagram, please help to analyze the reason

    it is probabilistic failure，when the noise occurs , I closed IIS but it is still existed , must pull SD low level (mute function)，it will be ok

    What does IIS mean?

    So you mean you only turn off power but you did not pull SD pin to low before power down power?
