TPA3116D2: TPA3116D2 audio amplifier line matching transfomer

The 100 volts line matching transformer. For our application we are using 8 ohm 6watt speakers qty 6( sometime 9 ) no.s.

As per our requirement the 100V line matching transformer should be fixed on AMPLIFER(TPA3116D2) side and as well as in speakers.

Can you please share us detail( technical parameters) of the line matching transformer we should use in the application.

Hi,

We need first preliminary design parameters for developing a line matching transformer.

The report sloa133 does not have any details of the transformer.

Can you please guide us transformer design basic parameters to be taken care.

Hi Basappa,

The APP note has the design key points. I am not professional about this transformer parameters.

I suggest you can evaluate it on EVM board firstly.
