Hello,

Our customer is facing SPK pop noise issue after the resistors setting even DAC ch MUTE is still asserted at that time.

Attached is the initialization script when finish this setting, SPK PWM 50% output is start immediately but around 100msec later, SPK PWM output differential signal shows DC offset. It bring hearable DC transient pop noise. Please look into the waveform.

This 100msec delay is unstable, every time vary a little. We expect PWM modulator had made malfunction caused by something start up problem related to stability of internal reference voltage or PLL output stability.

Could you review our register setting and tell us wrong registers value?  One of hint is that if disable internal 1.8V LDO and apply external 1.8V then this DC offset pop noise is disappeared.

Occurrence of this problem is 3 devices out of 1,000 devices, but in the mass production products we need to debug this type of problem.

Regards,

Mochizuki
