Hello,
I'm researching for an audio codec with SPDIF or PDM input and output.
This is for a project involving audio recording/playback and the requirement for SPDIF/PDM is because all I2S interfaces of the DSP are already in use.
I have searched on TI website and found PCM2906C, however this device is intended for converting analogic audio or SPDIF to USB.
Can TI recommend any device that performs such conversion?
Regards
Hi,
We have codec with PDM interface and I2S, but not with S/PDIF. The USB converter devices does support S/PDIF but not PDM.
I will check internally if there's a roadmap for this, may I know when do you need them?

Hello,
Thank you for your reply, at this point we still are evaluating possible solutions, however for this part of the project we should have a working solution in two months.
OK, thanks.
Have you looked at the SPDIF transceiver devices maybe can be an option?
