PCM6260-Q1: MIC input, our software is configured as DC input, and then the hardware principle is designed as DC input for channels 1 to 4, and AC input for channel 5. Can the fifth channel work normally?

Each channel can be configured independently as AC or DC coupled. You should match software configuration with whatever hardware you have on each input. Register 0x50 should be set to AC coupling mode to match hardware.
