PCM9211: ADC input impedance

Hello,

We would like to know ADC analog input impedance range.

Typical value is specified as 10kohms. But to know EE system frontend gain error, what is expected Min and Max impedance?

In general of silicon variation, can we assume it has within +/-10% variation?

    Hi Mochizuki,

    The impedance variation is a result of manufacturing process variation and we do not have a specified min or max for this device. As a general rule of thumb, 10% variation is common for these types of parameters, but unfortunately we do not have any actual characterization data for this device available, so use it as a general guideline.

    Generally, the driving impedance should be chosen so it is much lower than 10k, so that any variation in the 10k impedance will not have a significant effect on the input level.
