TAS5630B：Class D 1Mhz 300w component problem

I'm currently designing a class d amplifier for sonar with a 1Mhz input signal, 300W output power, and a transducer impedance of 60 ohms, are there any suitable components.

Sorry for letting you waiting so long.

I confirmed with our team, we don't have this kind of device can support 1MHz input signal.

Does 1MHz is a normal usage in Sonar industry? it seems like so high.
