PCM2906C: poping noise when audio stream starts and stops

Part Number: PCM2906C
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPA3110D2,

HI,

We have a problem with our audio design, based on PCM2906C and TPA3110D2. This is a part of bigger product, run with WIN10 OS.

PCM2906C is our USB audio card. We have noticed strange "pop" noise every time audio is started and stopped (regardless of the application used to play the sound).

After some tests we have find out, that the problem is PCM2906C. This "pop" noise can be heard every time audio data apperas on USB line, and every time when audio stream stops (USB detached, VOUTL & VOUTR goes into BPZ mode).

Have you ever encourter such problem? Do you have any suggested solution?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
