Hello, we use audio amplifier TDA8560Q. Do you have simmillar class-D audio amplifier with low EMI? I have 11-14.4V power supply and 4 Ohm reproductor impedance (stereo BTL configuration), analog imputs. Thank Tomas.

    In past we have our prototype with TPA3116D2 and we had the problem with EMI radiation, the audio amplifier disturbed the our receiver that operate in frequency band (73-84MHz), we observed decrease receiver distance with the TPA3116D2. This was the reason why we used TDA8566 from NXP (class AB audio amplifier).

    Do you have other audio amplifier with low EMI?

    Class D power amplifiers will have EMC problems due to the presence of high frequency switches. There is no special optimization technology for EMC inside our chip (phase shifting technology is used to reduce EMC when multiple chips are combined), but as long as a reasonable PCB layout and EMC filter design are performed, the EMC of the chip can be well suppressed.
    There may be some problems with your previous design that caused this problem, you can solve this problem by reducing the switching frequency, improving the wiring, and redesigning the EMC filter.
