TAS5805MEVM: PPC Software or Audio USB Driver Issue

I am trying to run the board with the PPC software. I downloaded everything I needed but the device appears as offline. There is no option for me to connect a device. Has anyone had this issue? I think I do not have the USB drivers installed but I cannot find an installation link anywhere.

    you mean PPC3 work fine and you already installed the TAS5805 Apps, but you can not connect the EVM board, am i right?

    have the 3.3v led on board light or not?

    can you check the device manager, have the usb connected to the board been identified or not?

    Or have you tried another PC to repeat the operation?
