Hi TI experts, 

Is it possible to provide HTOL data for the reliability data of TAS5731?

It can usually download reliability data from ti.com, but for TAS5731, HTOL is not listed.

    Hi Daisuke

        In the Quality file downloaded from Ti.com, the test data MTBF should be able to cover the HTOL test. The data shows 15643 PCS device been tested, under 125C temperature and working 1000hours, no failure.
