For example, Pin 32&pin34 output through the LC filter,  is the ground return path back to PIN33?

If the layout width of the output path is 1.5mm, then the width of the reflow to pin33 needs to be 3mm?

    You are correct on the first question.  The second question is not correct.  The return path to ground is not a high current path as it is only the high frequency current that is returned.  The load current does not return through this ground.
