TPA3123D2: signal amplifier with D-amp (not audio)

Hi Expert,

My customer is considering the signal amplifier with D-amp (not audio)

Input 0 to 3.3V　（Trapezoidal wave, Tr=Tf=10us）

Output 0 to 24V

Load condition

RC x 1000circuits
R=100ohm, C=75pF
Peak current is estimated 0.5mA/ 1 RC circuit
Total current max : 500mA (=0.5mA x 1000 circuit)

Could you please let me know the recommended device, If D-amp can drive this configration?  TPA3123D2?

Or, should they use the Power amp? like LM675, OPA548.

Also, do you have TPA3123D2 spice model?

    Hi Muk

    The output has DC offset, so if you do not need the DC offset, one capacitor is must on output, you can refer to typical application in TPA3123 datasheet.

    Others, it is fine.

    Thank you for your answer.

    BTW, TPA3118D2 is BTL. I think,  TPA3123D2 will be better this configration than TPA3118D2. Is it correct?

    Also, customer would like to check with Spice simurator.

    Do you have  TPA3123D2 Spice simulation model?    (Now, they are tring this simuration with TPA3118D2 model)

    Yes, TPA3123 is better.

    I am sorry that the device is very old, we do not have Spice model.
