Microphone detect circuit recommendation



Hi. TI expert.

This is hojin from Korea. 

I need to make a circuit that changes from lo to high or high to low as soon as a signal is applied to the MIC pin. 

Could you please search IC part ?

    Attached is the circuit I have in mind.  I am assuming that the MIC input will look like a low impedance source to ground.  So as soon as the MIC is plugged in, it will pull the input pin below the threshold set on the other comparator input pin.  I used a timed to switch to indicate the moment that the MIC is inserted.  See how the comparator output goes from high to low as soon as this occurs.  If the alternate output swing is desired, just wire the comparator in the alternate fashion. I hope this helps.
