For the AudioEB eval board used as a digital audio transmitter, I believe the default selection is that the RCA jacks for analog input are enabled and the mic/stereo input jack is not. I don't see a selection in the Configuration program to select both to operate. I know that it could possibly be done via the Custom Setup selection, but I am not exactly sure of what I would have to do to make both inputs operate. Does anyone have the same requirement, and if so, could you share the code in the custom setup to do it?
The circuit of the AudioEB eval board brings the analog inputs via RCA jacks and stereo jack nto the codec, but I don't know if the intent was to mix the 2 inputs, or use them separately one at a time. Basically, I want to use the stereo jack as a possible input to the transmitter for analog audio coming from an iPod or similar device, which retaining the option of using the RCA inputs for source material input. I don't intend to mix the 2 sources.
Alternatively, will TI offer that as a selection option within the Configuration program?
Any advice would be appreciated.
