Hello, 

How do you calculate the power consumption or the IC ?

I only see a bunch of power information, or quiescent current in the datasheets.

    Hi S,

    A common way to calculate the power consumption at a specific power output level is to use the efficiency plot information. Based on this plot, you can estimate power consumption using the selected power level and the efficiency level, then you can calculate how much more power would be consumed as compared to the output power.
